Practicing with Clo is a way for me to keep going to the yoga studio, but from home, with her as my teacher, even though I don’t live in Paris. I stick around because it’s too good to stop. 

Even practicing from a distance, I’ve made progress. There’s always a video that matches my specific need for the day, and the variety is incredible.

I can’t really describe Clo’s classes, I think you have to experience them. It’s incredibly powerful, like a trance. She awakens something in us (or at least in me) that I struggle to feel and experience on my own.

And all of life’s battles, slowdowns, and obstacles turn to dust. I just have to sweep them away while dancing and take off on my broom through the window to live my dreams.

Movement and meditation that make you float and reconnect with your sensations.

Clo guides in a unique way, and I love that she shares inspiring words throughout the practice. Being able to follow online and practice from home makes the experience both unique and comfortable, which I absolutely love.

After my teacher training in 2024 with Clotilde, I was really missing her classes… Luckily, I can find them on her platform, organized by theme and/or available time. And always with an incredible playlist. My perfect wellness moment, peacefully at home 😌

I love the mini 20-30 min flows, they’re so convenient at home! But what I love the most are Clotilde’s playlists and her voice :) It’s like having her all to myself at home, especially since I miss her classes in Paris so much!

I’ve been practicing with Clo for 5 years. For me, her classes are a space that fits all the energies I need, comfort through stretching, meditation, and sound baths, as well as challenge and creativity through dynamic flow practices.

I’ve been following Clo’s classes both in-person and online for several years. That’s how I learned yoga and created my own routines. Out of all the online classes I’ve tried, Clo’s have captivated me the most with their creativity, the variety of formats, short, long, targeted, and of course, the always original playlists. It’s 100% Clo: fun, artistic, dynamic, and a joy to bring into my home and to every corner of the world.

I love practicing on At-home, the flows are creative, rich, varied, and so enjoyable. It truly marked a turning point in my practice because it was with Clo that I first started doing yoga at home, outside of group classes, in a safe way. Yoga then became more personal: these sessions allowed me to be more in tune with my own rhythm and desires.

At-home helped me reconnect with yoga after a few months of not practicing. It felt different and unique, not just in terms of the postures and flows but also with the playlists. Once I started, I couldn’t stop. It pushed me to go beyond my limits and reignited my love for movement. Seeing my progress also helped me regain confidence in myself.

Every time I feel a bit down, I practice on At-home practice, and it recharges me physically and mentally in no time. Clo’s flows always surprise me and truly help me let go. Thanks to her, I also dare to try postures, I once thought, were impossible for me.

After the session, I had neither the desire nor the ability to talk to anyone. I just wanted to go home and sleep. Seriously, when I woke up, I could have gone right back to bed—it was that intense.

Anyway, amazing job, that was insane! I can’t wait to do it again on Monday. I’ve already told the guys to get ready because honestly, I had never felt anything like that before.
